Shipping Destinations

We currently offer free shipping across the United Kingdom.

Estimated Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time: 6–15 business days.

This includes:

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

(Order verification, preparation, packaging, and dispatch)

Shipping Time: 5–12 business days

(Time required by the shipping carrier for delivery)

Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT) will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or busy holiday periods.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT): processing begins the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 22:00 (GMT): processing begins on the following business day.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Regardless of size, weight, or destination within the United Kingdom, no additional shipping fees will be charged.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

You can use this link to track your package until it has been delivered.

Order Not Received

Have you not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe? Please contact us at:

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend first checking:

  • Your neighbours
  • Your mailbox or parcel locker
  • Your local carrier office

Although Kaori Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will of course do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Shipping Origin

Our products are shipped directly from South Korea and other international partners. This allows us to offer premium skincare technology inspired by modern Korean beauty innovation at competitive prices.

Additional Information

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
  • Delivery times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-demand periods.
