Our products — including skincare technology and beauty devices — are shipped directly from our international partners, primarily located in South Korea and other international regions.
We aim to provide product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing updates or batch variations.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product received.
4. Pricing & Transparency
All prices displayed on our website are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You will never be charged more than the amount displayed during checkout. No hidden fees or unexpected delivery charges will apply.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order request. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
A binding agreement is only formed once the order has been shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel an order before shipment in cases including, but not limited to:
- Pricing errors
- Stock availability issues
- Suspected fraud
- Technical errors or system malfunctions
6. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment has been received.
Shipping Origin
Products are shipped directly from our international partners, primarily located in South Korea.
No additional customs charges or import fees will be charged beyond the amount displayed during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and shipping carrier.
Delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures or logistical circumstances.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
6–15 business days from the date the order is placed.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
We work with trusted international and local delivery partners.
Partial Deliveries
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
7. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

8. Returns & Refunds
Return Conditions
Products must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Include all accessories and components
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used skincare devices or visibly used products cannot be returned.
Personalised or custom-made products are non-refundable.
Return Address
Returns are processed through an international returns facility.
Please contact us before returning any product to receive the correct return address and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item or valid proof of return shipment.
Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Products
